Personal Fitness Training Studio

We will whip your assets into shape!

While gym memberships are generally low cost and often have a 24 hour access benefit, the membership is good only for access to a facility filled with equipment, much of which most people have no idea how to use or what it is even used for. Additionally, knowledge of how to embark on a fitness program is not common knowledge and the motivation to continue regularly attending the gym is often lacking. If a fitness trainer is desired or necessary, you will have to pay additional fees. When you look at it this way, there isn't much value in the price you are paying for membership. 

With Wellness for Life's Personal Fitness Training, every dollar and every minute of your time is utilized for the achievement of your needs and goals.

 

We commence your fitness training journey with a detailed health analysis to assess whether any current or previous injuries or health conditions may affect training. Additionally, you will perform a fitness assessment that, along with your health analysis results, will allow us to appropriately and safely develop an effectual fitness program.

 

With more than twenty years of professional experience, you will be taught correct and effective form and technique for an extensive range of exercises and movements, as well as having the confidence that you will be guided and monitored through each repetition of every exercise set performed. Our years of learning in the fields of anatomy and kinesiology provide the needed expertise to get the greatest total benefit from each exercise while safely performing the movement to not only prevent injury, but gain the added advantage of adequately strengthening joints and muscles for injury prevention in everyday life and work. We are above all else guides and teachers.

Our convenient personalized set schedules offer you the benefit of consistency in appointments and structured training. Additionally, all patrons have access to board certified Practitioner and Orthomolecular Nutritionist Kimberly Lloyd, PhD, BCHHP.

On an emotional and spiritual level, exercising unaccompanied can get tedious and even boring which can then lead to a lack of self-motivation to continue exercising. One of the roles of the personal trainers at Wellness for Life Fitness Studio is to discover the why behind each of your goals and needs. In this way, we can give you the appropriate support necessary to assist you in achieving your desired results and needs. Even more, if at any time you may feel like giving up or are feeling discouraged, it is our aim to be the inspiration and  motivation you need to keep you moving in the right direction. Having also the benefit of meeting other clients on similar journeys aids in creating a positive circle of influence to keep your inspiration afresh.

Beginning in 1993 to the present, our experience and education spans across numerous certifications, degrees, and learning from some of the most talented and educated professionals, trainers, therapists, and athletes in their fields, as well as being competitive athletes ourselves. We pride ourselves on our continuous education and pursuit of potential learning opportunities.
